I was talking to someone earlier this week and he was telling me how he was on schedule for his early retirement by saving every dollar and investing his pennies. It's all calculated and precise, budgeted and rigid.
Everyone makes their own choices and can choose how they want to live. As long as he's happy, which I'm not sure he is completely, then I'm happy for them.
I don't think of retirement because the way I earn money is the way I have fun! I'm living my purpose. I'm living my Dharma. I don't need to 'retire' from this. .
If I retire, what the heck will I do!? Just stop serving others? Stop helping others? Stop healing others? NO WAY!
I am one of the lucky ones. Being able to do what I truly love as a career. I mean, how blessed am I!?
When you've found your purpose, you'll never work a day in your life, therefore you wont have a need to 'retire' from it.
Find out what you're passionate about and what sets your soul on fire, and then figure out how doing that thing can support you.
