Stay in it for as long as you can. Feel every bit of it. Let it energize you. Let it recharge you. Let it revive you.
But don't get attached to the feeling. Attachment causes suffering. What happens when something triggers you and you don't feel as good? You'll spiral down a rabbit hole, questioning and judging how you feel now and wishing you were back doing that amazing thing. This is past thinking which will take away your peace from the now.
Live in the moment. Do more of what makes you feel good and appreciate that feeling. If you fall off, choose again, and know that everything is temporary.
